Due to the nature of the products we offer and our commitment to maintaining product quality and integrity, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in this policy.
Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for products that have left our facility. This policy helps ensure that every customer receives products that have remained under appropriate handling and storage conditions.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Eligible claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and, where appropriate, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Returns
To help maintain product integrity and quality standards, we do not accept returns of products that have left our facility.
We are unable to accept returns for:
- Opened products
- Used products
- Products removed from their original packaging
- Temperature-sensitive products
- Custom or special-order items
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue.

Once reviewed, FeelGood Peptides may, at its sole discretion:
- Send a replacement
- Issue store credit
- Issue a refund
Each request is evaluated individually based on the circumstances.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund after it has been issued.
Refund requests that do not meet the requirements outlined in this policy may be declined.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet entered processing.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
Shipping Issues
FeelGood Peptides is not responsible for:
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
- Carrier delays
- Weather-related shipping interruptions
- Packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier
If a package is returned because an incorrect shipping address was provided, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If you experience an issue with your order, we encourage you to contact us before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
Filing a chargeback without first giving us an opportunity to review and resolve the issue may result in delayed resolution or restrictions on future purchases.
Our goal is to work directly with customers to resolve concerns whenever possible.
Product Designation
All products offered by FeelGood Peptides are sold only for their intended designated purpose as described on our website.
Because products cannot be verified as having remained under appropriate handling conditions once they leave our facility, returned items cannot be restocked or resold. For this reason, returns are generally not accepted except where required by law or where an error on our part has occurred.
